The last thing I want to do is mislead or misguide you when it comes to selling your home. We will be honest with you. We are looking to purchase specific types of homes. In some situations, your home might not be a fit for our business model and buying criteria. And you know what?
That is totally okay.
So what are we looking for in a Vancouver Washington home?
I am glad you asked.
We are looking for homes that need a lot of repairs. Repairs like
- Kitchen upgrades
- New paint and carpets
- New windows
- New appliances
- New roofs
- Etc.
We want these types of homes so we can come in and upgrade them (on our dime) and hopefully bring up the value of the home (that is how we make a little money). We will either sell the home and pay all the realtor fees, or try and find tenants and rent it out.
Homes that don’t fit our buying criteria
If you recently renovated your home and spent $40k+ making it look move-in ready, we might not be able to offer as much on the house as going through a realtor.
If you are looking for full retail value for your home we might not be able to negotiate a win-win. We need room in our budget to improve the house so we can make some money by selling it.
That is not to say we can’t work together, we are happy to help refer you to a real estate agent who can help you sell your house for max dollars.
